​• Contact the customers by telephone to promote apartments or projects and invite them to come to visit the project site.
• Explain the projects and allied information to drive potential customers for visiting the project site.  
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
• Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
• Provide size, pricing details of the apartments
• Handle customer questions
• Obtain customer information including names, phone number, email id, current residence addresses, and work location.
• Record customer details including reaction to the project and apartment in a CRM system.
• Coordinate and schedule customer visits with the site sales team on project sites.
• Conduct customer and marketing surveys
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
